KYC Due Diligence Job Opportunity

\

The KYC Due Diligence team is accountable for the preparation of files due for periodic reviews and onboarding of new clients across multiple countries. They collaborate with onshore counterparts to support completion of KYC on all existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on institutional clients across various risks\
  • Retrieve client documents through public searches, registries, and client websites\
  • Interact with internal and external clients to explain and source KYC information\
  • Document required KYC screenings on customers as per global procedures\
  • Lead the team by example and ensure stakeholder expectations are met\
  • Obtain mandatory documents and reports as per KYC requirements\
  • Identify politically exposed persons, sanctioned entities, and adverse information on individuals and entities\
  • Implement additional steps to validate KYC risk compliance based on customer records research\
  • Review processes regularly to stay updated with new developments and improve efficiency\
  • Ensure data and documents are properly entered into systems\

  • Contribute to the implementation of Permanent Control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities\
  • Assign requests within the team and drive the team to achieve expectation set by onshore\
  • Participate in regular review of operational procedural changes during processing functions and staff meetings\
