Job Overview
We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our warehouse operations retail team. As the head of this critical function, you will oversee entire retail operation and warehouse management, ensuring seamless coordination between store teams and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage retail and last mile delivery functions for e-commerce brands or platforms.
- Oversee entire retail operation and warehouse management.
- Coordinate with store teams and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Negotiate and handle daily operations with third-party logistics operators.
- Process invoices and E-waybilling.
- Reconcile transporter billing and invoices.
- Analyze store inward and outward movements, identifying root causes of issues.
- Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies, reporting any issues.
- Closing inventory movements between stores and warehouses.
- Follow up with stores, logistics, and other teams.
- Lead the core warehouse operations retail team.
Requirements:
- Experience handling at least 80 stores' warehouse day-to-day operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong people management and cross-functional team communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, preferably Vinculum.
- Excellent customer service and people skills.
