Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of warehouse activities and meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Maintain knowledge of warehouse processes, including Goods Receipt Note (GRN), First-In-First-Out (FIFO), Last-In-First-Out (LIFO), and Put away.
  • Conduct regular audits of stock levels to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
Logistics and Coordination:
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and Return-To-Origin (RTO) orders.
  • Prepare Electronic Way Bill, Goods Receipt, and check vendor invoices as per agreement.
  • Collaborate with external and internal team members.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar profile with e-commerce/fulfillment centre background.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS)/SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packages is an advantage.
  • Graduate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform tasks efficiently.
