Job Title: Senior Key Account ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at HyperVerge Technologies Private Limited. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and expanding our key accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and expand key accounts, increasing revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including CXOs and other stakeholders.
  • Manage account plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in growing and expanding key accounts, increasing revenue and market share.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the financial services industry, with knowledge of lending, insurance, securities, credit cards, or mutual funds.
  • Knowledge of business processes, customer journeys, and client pain-points in the financial services industry.
  • Product thinking to resolve customer pain points.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
