**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of a Model N Specialist.

This position requires a strong understanding of the Model N Flex application, as well as excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Utilize technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX to drive business outcomes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with global delivery teams and product vendors.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Model N Platform projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience working with Model N Modules (MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, GP Programs).
  • Excellent knowledge of BI tools (Cognos, BI Objects) – added advantage.
  • Strong background in incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA.
  • Exposure/experience with Agile & DevOps methodology.
