  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Model Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality Python code to train and optimize AI models.
  • You will evaluate model performance using evaluations (Evals), analyze results for continuous improvement, and refine processes to meet predefined criteria.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Python frameworks and libraries, applying them to enhance AI model capabilities.
  • Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with set standards.
  • Develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, showcasing strong reasoning and technical expertise.
  • Lead efforts in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) by creating and maintaining high-quality datasets specific to tasks.
  • Collaborate with researchers and annotators on Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) and reward models refinement.
  • Design innovative evaluation strategies and processes to improve model alignment with user needs and ethical guidelines.
  • Create optimal responses to enhance AI performance, focusing on clarity, relevance, and accuracy.
  • Peer review code and documentation, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to improve model performance and contribute to product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Python programming language concepts, including ownership, borrowing, and lifetimes.
  • Industry knowledge of code quality, formatting, and best practices of software development.
  • Experience with Python's testing ecosystem, including unit, integration, and property-based testing.
  • Multithreading and asynchronous programming skills in Python.
  • Architectural pattern knowledge and ability to refactor code without introducing regressions.
  • Strong debugging skills, including memory and concurrency issue fixing.
  • Fluent written and conversational English communication skills.
