Product Design and Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Product Design and Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of product designs and developments from concept through production.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Data integrity and security, and accurate maintenance of product lifecycle data in our engineering tools.
  • Achieve accurate item record creation including consistent naming convention, data fields selections, change order creation including consistent summary and description, linking relevant processes to the items or changes.
  • Effectively enter data into database, including creation of requests and change orders per company approval and tracking process.
  • Resolve integration issues and implement process and procedures to improve data integrity and efficiency
  • Support engineering for data attributes and architecture
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in product design and development, preferably with a focus on Data Management and PLM.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and PLM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
