Work as an Identity and Access Management Specialist

Job Description
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
    • Create identity lifecycle management solutions with seamless integration into enterprise systems.
  • Customization of Workflows and Integrations:
    • Develop custom SailPoint workflows, rules, tasks, and connectors to meet business needs.
  • Migration and System Configuration:
    • Perform migrations, Active Directory configurations, shared folder access, and Java-based plugin development.
  • Connector Configuration:
    • Configure out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom connectors with applications such as AD, Azure, Oracle, ServiceNow, CyberArk PAM, and more.
  • Self-Service Features Implementation:
    • Implement Self-Service features, password reset/change flows, and access certification.
  • In-Built Task Configuration:
    • Build and configure in-built SailPoint tasks like aggregation, ID refresh, correlation, and scheduled jobs.
  • Third-Party System Integration:
    • Integrate third-party systems using SOAP/REST APIs, JDBC, and custom APIs.
  • Custom Functionality Development:
    • Use SailPoint APIs to develop custom functionalities and service adapters.
  • SailPoint Platform Administration:
    • Administer the SailPoint platform including data loading, role and policy creation, certification scheduling, and reporting.
  • System Behavior Monitoring:
    • Monitor logs, alerts, and system behaviors for reliability and performance.
  • Governance Contribution:
    • Contribute to provisioning and access governance by enforcing security and compliance practices.
  • Technical Documentation Creation:
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and design specifications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders for solution design, code reviews, compliance audits, and delivery tracking.
  • Production Support:
    • Provide production support, bug fixing, post-implementation testing, and debugging.
  • Project Planning Support:
    • Support project planning, scope management, and regular status updates.
  • Data Analytics:
    • Perform data analytics and data validation before certification processes.
  • Provisioning Across Sources Integration:
    • Integrate and manage provisioning across multiple sources (e.g., RDBMS, flat files, manual systems).
