Key Responsibilities

  2. Diagnose and resolve networking issues related to devices, backhauls, or connectivity faults.
  3. Guide customers on device activation steps, including onboarding processes and interaction with local deployment teams.
  4. Respond to sales inquiries with relevant information about hotspots, including pricing and rewards systems.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal departments to track customer issues and feedback, maintain accurate records using CRM tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in ISP or networking-related customer support.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Adaptability and a positive attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment.
