UI Tech Lead Job Description

As a UI Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and participating in the design, coding, testing, and debugging of applications. You will provide technical leadership in all areas of the development process, including UI development standards and practices, system architecture, and design.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable enterprise systems using software development best practices.
  • Lead and participate in the design, coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality results.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them in their technical growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, unit test coverage, and adherence to UI best practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years of software development experience, with a focus on building highly scalable enterprise systems.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern frameworks like Angular 2+ and React.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Expertise in object-oriented JavaScript, debugging, and responsive/adaptive UI design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate complex ideas and ensure technical feasibility.
