Education Outreach Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Education Outreach Professional to spearhead our efforts in developing and executing outreach strategies, managing admissions processes, and building strong relationships with potential clients.

  • The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience, an established network, and proven success in B2B education services, school admissions, or student recruitment.
  • Key responsibilities include Strategic Outreach & Partnerships, Enrolment Growth & Agent Management, Representation & Networking, and Data-Driven Decision Making.

This is a full-time job role for an individual who will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing outreach strategies to increase student enrolments
  • Managing admissions processes to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients

The successful candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, or B2B school/student recruitment, with a strong network and proven success in achieving student enrolment and partnership targets.

Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Number of new agent partnerships and school networks established monthly
  • Student enrolment numbers achieved through direct and indirect outreach
  • Conversion rate of outreach efforts into actual admissions
  • Retention and satisfaction of partners/agents onboarded
