Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Tranzmeo IT Solutions Private Limited. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, outlining the value proposition and benefits of Tranzmeo's solutions.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management to support decision-making and planning.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field + Btech.
  • Proven track record of 6 months - 5 years in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the [specify industry or market segment].
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
