UI/UX Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead our design team and drive the end-to-end design strategy for a unified platform. The successful candidate will own and drive the high-level design roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the high-level design roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and technical roadmaps.
  • Establish and maintain a modular, extensible design library (tokens, variants, responsive breakpoints).
  • Act as the authoritative design voice in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and triage calls.
  • Lead executive presentations, legal reviews, and brand-governance approvals.
  • Validate final builds against high-fidelity comps; provide annotated redlines and implementation notes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in HCI, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years' proven leadership in UI/UX design for large enterprises or agency environments.
  • Expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools.
  • Deep understanding of component-driven design methodologies.
  • Strong command of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems.
