About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Fundraising Executive to lead our fundraising efforts across various channels.

  • Develop and implement a long-term fundraising strategy with targets by segment and program, ensuring predictable and diversified funding.
  • Build strong relationships with donors, corporations, and foundations to secure multi-year commitments and create bespoke propositions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Fundraising Strategy & Implementation:
    • Build a long-term fundraising strategy with targets by segment (HNIs, Corporations, Foundations) and by program (Ignite, Impact, Inspire).
    • Own the full donor lifecycle: research → qualification → cultivation → solicitation → stewardship → renewal/upgrade.
  • Partnerships & External Relations:
    • Represent the organization with credibility; build trust with diverse stakeholders.
    • Secure strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and high-influence networks in India and abroad.
  • Brand & Communications:
    • Partner with Comms to run an integrated brand + fundraising calendar.
    • Oversee proposals, decks, impact reports; ensure crisp narratives and strong evidence.
  • Team, Systems & Governance:
    • Lead fundraising efforts across the organization.
    • Collaborate with global teams.
    • Implement a CRM or DMS.
    • Establish clear SOPs, approval matrices, and data hygiene.
    • Ensure compliance with Indian and international requirements.
