Property Management Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Property Management Specialist to oversee the maintenance and handling of properties in various locations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To facilitate and coordinate professional communications with clients to ensure service requests are responded to in accordance with best practices.
  • To work closely with property management staff to ensure excellent physical condition of the properties.
  • To compile, prepare, and present written and/or oral reports to management of each managed property.
  • To ensure that properties remain fiscally sound, affordable, and well maintained.
  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction to all our customers.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years' experience in sales and service, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  3. 1-3 years' management experience a plus.
  4. Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to maintain productive, long-term relations with the Landlords, the tenants, trades and suppliers.
  6. Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
  7. Leading with respect and consideration of all team members ideas and input.
  8. Good organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure to manage multiple tasks and prioritize for completion.
  9. Confident financial background and attention to detail to prepare, forecast, review, evaluate and interpret various reports and studies.
  10. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  11. Language Proficiency: English, Malayalam, Hindi.

Working Hours: Flexible to work both afternoon and evening shift.
