Property Sales Professional Job Summary

This is a full-time position for a sales professional located on-site. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service and conducting market research to identify suitable properties.

The day-to-day responsibilities include managing negotiations between buyers and sellers, maintaining an updated list of available properties, and promoting them through various marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales skills, and the ability to work independently within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Requirements:
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License.
  • Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate market.
  • Strong Sales skills and ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
