Automation Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to design, build and deploy end-to-end automation systems. The focus is on integrating various tools into seamless workflows that streamline operations while meeting compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience with no-code automation platforms, strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows, and a solid understanding of CRM automation and Google Workspace.

Beyond technical skills, the Automation Specialist must possess an ops/systems mindset for mapping business processes and ensuring all workflows follow security and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement document automations using industry-leading tools.
  • Create custom Slack command workflows for one-click actions, streamlining team productivity.
  • Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM for efficient lead management.
  • Automate document generation and email distribution, reducing manual labor.
  • Integrate DocuSign for e-signature workflows, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI, enabling data-driven decisions.
  • Build compliance workflows and develop dashboards for KPI tracking, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • No-code automation platform expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.
  • Experience with CRM automation and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign API/integration.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows.
