We are seeking a highly skilled automation specialist to design, build and deploy an end-to-end automation system that streamlines our back-office operations.

The role focuses on integrating various tools into a seamless workflow.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing document automations, building Slack command workflows, configuring and optimizing CRM systems, automating document generation and integration with e-signature platforms.

The goal is to replace manual admin processes with reliable automations that meet compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Document Automation: Design and implement document automations for receipts, contracts and audit packs.
  • Slack Integration: Build Slack command workflows for one-click actions.
  • Crm Optimization: Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM fields, automations and deal stages.
  • Document Generation: Automate document generation from Google Docs to PDF and email.
  • E-Signature Integration: Integrate DocuSign for seamless e-signature workflows.
  • Property Management: Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools.
  • Lead Routing: Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI.
  • Compliance Workflows: Develop compliance workflows for intake checklists, missing-doc reminders and SLA trackers.
Requirements
  • No-Code Automation: Proven experience with no-code automation platforms.
  • Slack Integrations: Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.
  • Crm Experience: Experience with CRM automation, preferably with Pipedrive.
  • Google Workspace Automation: Familiarity with Google Workspace automation.
  • DocuSign API: Knowledge of DocuSign API/integration.
  • Property Management Tools: Ability to integrate with Property Management tools.
  • Compliance Understanding: Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows.
  • Ops/Systems Mindset: Ops/Systems mindset: able to map messy business processes into structured workflows.

Nice to Have:

  • Ai-Driven Automations: Experience with AI-driven automations.
  • Australian Compliance: Familiarity with Australian property or SMSF compliance.
  • Error Handling Dashboards: Prior experience building error handling + monitoring dashboards.
