E-commerce Advertising Manager

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Advertising Manager to lead our online advertising efforts and drive sustainable growth for our e-commerce brands.

This is a part-time opportunity for someone who understands both the detail and the bigger picture of e-commerce advertising, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads with a focus on e-commerce funnels.
  • Test strategies, creatives, and audiences to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition.
  • Run remarketing campaigns that bring shoppers back and increase lifetime value.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (cost-per-click (CPC), cost per action (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), average order value (AOV), lifetime value (LTV)) and turn data into actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record running profitable e-commerce campaigns on Google & Meta.
  • Experience scaling budgets responsibly and profitably.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing fundamentals: pay-per-click (PPC), bidding models, conversion optimization.
  • Independent, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions that impact growth.

This role matters because ads are more than a line item – they're the key driver of e-commerce brand growth. We're looking for someone who can own results, experiment with ideas, and find what truly drives sustainable growth.
