We are seeking a skilled Lead Generator to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential customers and generating leads through outbound calling.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct research, networking, and cold calling to generate and qualify leads. You will also be responsible for maintaining an updated database of leads and tracking progress in our CRM system.

In addition to lead generation, you will engage with potential customers over the phone to understand their needs and pitch relevant products and services. You will also answer customer queries and provide information about our offerings.
As a results-driven individual, you will regularly follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and convert them into qualified opportunities. You will handle inbound inquiries and route them to the appropriate teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include:
- Number of leads generated
- Conversion rates
- Call metrics
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, and basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. You will also need to be able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telecalling in the Middle-east region, preferably in Dubai. Experience in lead generation in the Middle-east region to B2B clients or a similar role is highly desirable.
