Strategic Business Leader

We are seeking a dynamic business professional to spearhead the development and execution of our online luxury business.

This leadership role involves shaping our business strategy across channels, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement to elevate our online presence.

As a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, you will lead a team of professionals across Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care and Creative & Content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development, analyzing key performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Plan, forecast, and report on sales, costs, and business performance according to company requirements.
  • Develop business expansion and future development strategies.
  • Guide product and price mix to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional activities.
  • Manage costs and overheads affecting the profitable performance of the business.
  • Liaise with external agencies as necessary.
Partner Management:

Liaise with 500+ brand principals to drive business based on market research and past product performance.

Brand Positioning:

Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand, positioning it as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space.

Market Research:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.

People Skills and Leadership:

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, affiliate & email marketing and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
