We are a rapidly growing organization that connects students aiming to pursue their master's degrees abroad with current or past students at top universities worldwide. Our mentor network of over 1,200 students and professionals has mentored close to 10,000 students to the Ivy League and top universities in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for handling the end-to-end process for each student who subscribes to our Undergraduate and Masters service offerings. This includes working with individual stakeholders (Mentors, University selection team, students, and parents) on the application process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: You will need to have excellent writing skills with past experience in content editing/writing.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills are required.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially email communication, are essential.
  • Teamwork: Ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders of the company and senior management is necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is necessary.

We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, diligent, and organized in their work. Since we work with a large number of customers and mentors, we need you to take ownership and adopt a careful and systematic approach.
