We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Project Engineer.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with senior project managers to ensure seamless coordination and execution of industrial construction projects. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, charts, and project documentation as well as communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

  • Support senior project managers by ensuring all project deliverables are met on time.
  • Coordinate design and engineering between different disciplines and perform clash checks for PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and openings.
  • Prepare preliminary schedules, bar charts, catch-up plans, and look-ahead schedules to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
  • Assist in cost estimating, tendering processes, and tender documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Expedite and follow up on submissions, resolving bottlenecks proactively to maintain project momentum.
  • Track and report potential or actual project conflicts to the project manager.
  • Expedite resolutions for queries during the execution stage.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong foundation in project management principles, including experience in coordinating and executing industrial construction projects. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master's in Construction/Project Management (M. Tech in CPM) is highly desirable, as is 2-4 years of experience in project or construction management within consultancy or construction organizations.
