Business Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Business Support Specialist.

This position will provide vital support to our business operations, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

  • Provide administrative support to the business team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist with communication with Japanese-speaking clients, including email and phone support.
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in business administration or customer service.
  • Knowledge of Japanese culture and customs.
