Job Title: Cost Estimation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Management: Oversee and implement stringent cost control procedures throughout the real estate development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with established standards and specifications.\
  • Budgeting: Manage all aspects of project budgeting, including verification of completed work, quantity calculations, and administration of variations and change orders.\
  • Contract Negotiation: Review and manage real estate contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions while engaging in contract negotiations.\
  • Quantity Surveying/Cost Control: Involvement in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and monitoring, particularly in relation to budgeting and contract management.\
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dedicated team responsible for cost control and budgeting functions.\/ul>\

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry, specifically within the Ballari market.\
  • Strong understanding of cost management methodologies, processes, and audits.\
  • Proven track record in managing project budgeting, preparing contracts, and handling amendments and change orders.\
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address cost, budgeting, and contractual issues.\/ul>\
