Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Costing Professional to manage the costing for large, complex projects.

This role involves interpreting architectural drawings, estimating costs, conducting rate analysis, and preparing Bills of Material. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Estimation: Interpret drawings and prepare detailed cost estimations using MS Excel, Revit, and AutoCAD.
  • Liaison with Vendors: Liaise with vendors, analyze costs, and manage procurement inquiries.
  • Site Visits: Visit sites to understand challenges and validate costs.
  • Pricing Management: Track project progress and maintain updated pricing.
  • Documentation: Document best practices and ensure compliance with tax and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years experience in project costing/estimation (construction preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Revit, and AutoCAD.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Education: BE in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or equivalent; MBA preferred.
