Job Description:

As a Trainee Cost Manager, you will assist senior quantity surveyors in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents for construction projects. This role requires a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills to support project managers in ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents for construction projects.
  • Analyze project costs, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Conduct on-site measurements and inspections to verify progress and compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with senior quantity surveyors to evaluate contractor claims, variations, and valuations.

Requirements:

  • Education - B.E/B.Tech- Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical
  • 0-1 year of work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
