Careerpage is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing compensation structures and supporting the execution of annual performance management cycles.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in C&B/HR Operations & Talent Acquisition, with proficiency in HRIS platforms, particularly Oracle. You will work closely with the HR and finance teams to design compensation structures and support the execution of annual performance management cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design compensation structures and collaborate with HR and finance teams.">
  • Support execution of annual performance management cycles.">
  • Prepare and analyze HR data and metrics.">
  • Maintain and update employee records in Oracle or other HRIS systems.">
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.">
  • Source candidates through various channels.">
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.">
  • Develop employer branding initiatives.">
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • A Master's degree in HR from a Tier 1 and 2 institutes.">
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in C&B/HR Operations & Talent Acquisition.">
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, particularly Oracle.">
  • Strong MS excel and PowerPoint skills.">
  • In-depth understanding of performance management and full-cycle recruiting processes.">
  • Strong analytical mindset.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results within timeline.">

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
