We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Compensation Expert to lead our Total Rewards function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent while driving business results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute compensation strategies that align with our business objectives and industry benchmarks
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement total rewards programs
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in compensation practices
• Communicate compensation strategies and results to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with changing compensation laws and regulations

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits with a focus on total rewards
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• MBA/MA preferred
