Lead Structural Analysis and Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Structural Analysis and Design Expert to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading structural analysis and design for high-value offshore oil & gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement structural analysis and design strategies for complex offshore oil & gas projects
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Ensure compliance with global safety and quality standards

Requirements:

  • 10–20 years' experience in structural engineering, focused on oil & gas
  • Proven expertise in SACS software, with significant offshore project exposure
  • Engineering degree (Civil/Structural or equivalent)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and team leadership skills
