Expert Structural Leadership

You will spearhead a team of junior structural engineers, coordinating with consultants and peer reviewers to ensure success.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and technical guidance for the structural team
  • Conducting performance reviews and offering feedback to team members
  • Cultivating a collaborative work environment

Project Management & Execution

You will oversee structural engineering projects from concept through completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. You will also coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality and cost parameters
  • Conducting technical reviews and quality assurance checks for ongoing projects
  • Risk assessments and mitigation strategies

Structural Design & Analysis

As a senior engineer, you will lead and review the development of structural design for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures. You will oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and RCDC.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Validating design assumptions and methodologies against applicable international and local standards
  • Optimizing structural systems and materials
  • Developing innovative solutions to complex structural challenges

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

As the primary point of contact for stakeholders on structural matters, you will participate in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings. You will prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management through appointed consultants.
