Leadership Role - Operations Team

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our operations team, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal and onshore teams. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver business requirements and maintain healthy process behavior.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of US Retirement 401K business, including experience in handling a team size of 15-20 people. They should possess excellent communication and analytical skills, be self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with attention to detail.

This role requires strong networking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to make decisions within guidelines while balancing risk and service needs. Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to business requirements is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operations team and ensure reliable flow of processes.
  • Interact directly with stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
  • Duties may include planning, organizing, and directing subordinates or others.
  • Outline procedures and instructions for received work.
  • Making estimations on new jobs received and checking accuracy/quality of content creation/population done by others.
  • Ensuring records are maintained accurately.
  • Motivating and guiding team to achieve daily targets in a timely manner.
  • Identifying and fixing gaps in process between offshore and onshore teams.
  • Partnering with offshore and onshore management to ensure compliance and scalable communication processes.
  • Actively working with internal teams to drive tools and process improvements that effect process flows.
  • Managing SLA, process flows, and escalations effectively.
  • People management (leadership role, team management, floor control, and retention), performance management, and rewards recognition.
  • Formulating, implementing, tracking career path, and individual development plans of team members.
  • Mentoring and guiding quality lead/process expert to manage quality, improve process efficiency, and minimize variation.
  • Conceptualizing, designing, and delivering trainings to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of US Retirement 401K business.
  • Experience in handling a team size of 15-20 people.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in US Retirement 401K business and 3 years in people management role.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter, self-motivator, proactive, target-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to make decisions within guidelines while balancing risk and service needs.
