Job Title: Senior Outreach Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Outreach Executive to drive and scale our link-building and outreach efforts in the SaaS industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks and brand mentions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with publishers, bloggers, influencers, and industry websites.
  • Lead and mentor junior outreach executives, providing guidance on strategy, messaging, and execution.
  • Collaborate with the content team to align link-building strategies with content marketing goals.
  • Leverage outreach tools (e.g., BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter, etc.) to streamline processes.
  • Analyze and report on outreach performance metrics, ensuring alignment with SEO and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in SEO outreach, link building, or digital PR.
  • Strong track record of securing backlinks from high-authority websites.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is mandatory).
  • Proficiency in outreach and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Team-player with leadership qualities to mentor junior members.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in the SaaS industry or with global SaaS clients.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and digital PR strategies.
  • Experience in managing small teams or cross-functional projects.
