Role Overview

The Call Centre Team Lead plays a pivotal role in managing a team of experts responsible for Background Verification processes.

About the Position

  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results in employment, education, and address verifications.
  • Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure high-quality service delivery, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
  • Oversee the timely closure of verification cases while ensuring adherence to defined Turnaround Times.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Effectively handle escalations and coordinate with internal departments such as Quality Assurance, Client Servicing, and HR.
  • Maintain strict adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and security protocols.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team informed about process changes and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Graduated in any field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a call centre environment, preferably in Background Verification or BPO industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and call monitoring tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
