Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished project leader to oversee the successful delivery of high-priority and strategically important projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, drive project execution, and ensure project success by managing teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead large-scale and complex projects ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements: 8-11 years of experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles, with a focus on high-quality execution and client satisfaction. Expertise in SAP, Agile methodologies, leadership skills, stakeholder engagement, budget and resource management, risk and issue resolution, communication, and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), Prince2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications. Experience working in Agile project management environments, managing Scrum teams and Agile delivery methodologies. Industry experience in SAP, IT, consulting, manufacturing, finance, or healthcare.
