ERP Operations Manager

As a detail-oriented and proactive ERP operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day ERP operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, supporting users, and contributing to process optimization within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily ERP operations across modules (sales, CRM, finance, purchase, inventory, projects, HR).
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance by handling entry, validation, and reporting.
  • Provide end-user support by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP systems.
  • Analyze and share business-critical reports and dashboards using ERP tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP systems.
  • Train and support new team members on ERP processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure company policy compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of real estate/construction business processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate in commerce/management/IT/finance or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in real estate/construction or related industries is advantageous.
