Senior Techno Function Specialist

We're seeking an experienced SAP B1 professional to drive business transformation and contribute to a greener planet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.
Techno-Functional Leadership:
  • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.
Process Improvement & Automation:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
System Integrations:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
  • Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.
Ownership & Mentorship:
  • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputable institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS), Microsoft Office, and other related technologies.
Soft Skills:

  • Problem-solving aptitude: able to analyze complex business challenges and architect efficient solutions.
