Business Analyst Role

As a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in techno-functional roles, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in analyzing and documenting business requirements. You will be working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and document business requirements through thorough analysis and research
  • Analyze the impact of changes on business processes and support implementation throughout the process
  • Develop solutions that align with business requirements and map system functionalities accordingly
  • Utilize technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases to drive data-driven decision making

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in techno-functional business analyst roles
  • Exposure to working with data warehouses and regulatory reporting frameworks
  • Desirable experience in anti-financial crime (AFC) and transaction monitoring
  • Bachelor's degree or finance-related courses with a proven track record in banking or finance industry
  • ACAMS or similar industrial accreditation is advantageous
