Our team is seeking an exceptional Luxury Fashion Advisor to deliver bespoke shopping experiences to discerning clients. This highly respected professional will partner with clients to curate exquisite outfits, leveraging their expert knowledge of ethnic and contemporary designer wear.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a luxury fashion expert, you will provide personalized styling advice to clients, ensuring impeccable taste and flair in every outfit.
  • You will oversee client interactions from greeting to after-sales service, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through your relationship-building skills.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and optimal availability of merchandise, collaborating closely with store managers and team members to ensure seamless floor operations.
  • Promote brand-aligned visual standards throughout the store, showcasing products in an appealing and engaging manner.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and personalized attention.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, designers, and luxury fashion insights to deliver informed consultations and expert advice to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, styling, or consulting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Senior luxury fashion professionals with 4-7 years of experience, demonstrating high-value sales achievements and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven business acumen, driving individual business revenue exceeding ₹10-15 lakhs per month, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of luxury retail norms, styling principles, and client servicing techniques, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional services.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Attention to detail, managing inventory and day-to-day floor operations with precision and accuracy.
