We seek a highly skilled High-End Fashion Specialist to spearhead the creation of innovative, high-end garments.

About the Role:

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in luxury indo-western couture. Their responsibility will be to conceptualize and develop intricate designs, collaborating closely with textiles experts to bring these creations to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create new fashion designs that blend traditional and modern styles
• Develop detailed design sketches and prototypes
• Promote excellent craftsmanship and quality control throughout the design process
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in fashion design principles and techniques
• Proven experience in embroidery, textiles, and garment construction
• Demonstrated proficiency in pattern making, draping, and textile manipulation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in luxury or high-end industries
