We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team.

As Studio/Design Head, you will lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and contribute to strategic projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs that are innovative, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery
  • Leading & inspiring a team of talented designers
  • Collaborating with Consultants, Vendors, and Marketing teams
  • Mentoring and guiding junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
  • Presenting design concepts and solutions to stakeholders - Collaborating with clients & translating their vision
  • Ensuring designs meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards
  • Setting new benchmarks in design innovation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8–10 years of experience in interior design/architecture
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and creative thinking
  • A strong portfolio across corporate & residential projects leadership + project management skills
  • The ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience mentoring and leading design teams
  • Proficiency in design tools (Auto CAD, SketchUp, etc.)
