Job Title: Senior Interior Designer/Design Manager

Welcome to a premium interior and construction company based in India. We are expanding our design leadership team and looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer (Design Manager) to lead and manage our design studio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design team to develop creative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions.
  • Managing end-to-end design process – from concept development, 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, to final execution.
  • Collaborating with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicating design intent clearly to clients and handling client presentations.
  • Staying updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior designers to build a strong design culture within the company.
  • Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar design tools).
  • Proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
