Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural knowledge and experience in designing luxury interiors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptual design and spatial planning
  • Develop innovative interior concepts and layouts aligned with client vision and functional needs
  • AutoCAD drafting and technical drawings
  • Prepare accurate 2D plans, working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation
  • Design detailing and material selection
  • Specify finishes, furniture systems, lighting, and materials suited for luxury interiors
  • Décor and styling
  • Curate final styling elements including soft furnishings, accessories, and artwork to enhance the design narrative
  • Project supervision and coordination
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality execution and timely project delivery
  • Client interaction
  • Present design ideas, collect feedback, and modify plans accordingly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in interior design or architecture
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in interior design with architectural understanding
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop is a plus
  • Strong command of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
  • Thorough understanding of design documentation, building systems, and detailing
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across disciplines
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and time management skills
