Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Management professional to drive the success of our CRM and Marketing Automation products.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of product development cycles, user empathy, and process management. They will be responsible for defining and guiding the direction of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions based on data.

The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to present findings and recommendations to customers and executives. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience leading product managers, driving prioritization, and collaborating across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Roadmap Development: Define and guide the direction of our CRM and Marketing Automation products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Learning & Development, Customer Success, and General Management teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Decision-Making: Make informed decisions based on data and market trends, prioritizing tasks and resources accordingly.
  • Communication: Present findings and recommendations to customers and executives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong Business Acumen: Proven experience navigating complex product development cycles and driving business growth.
  • Product Management Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with deep user empathy and process understanding.
  • Leadership Experience: 4+ years of direct management experience, leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Education: Advanced degree (MBA or Engineering) from a top-tier institution.
  • Industry Experience: Successful track record in CRM and Marketing Automation for B2B or SaaS platforms.
Preferred Skills:
  • Automotive Retail Industry: Experience in the automotive retail industry or with dealer/OEM data.
  • AI/ML: AI/ML product management experience.
