Securitisation Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Securitisation Operations Manager to oversee entire securitisation operational activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee entire securitisation operational activities, including buy-in and sell-out processes, monthly payouts to investors, and regulatory reporting.
  2. Process monthly payouts to investors, verifying collection reports and direct assignments.
  3. Verify and process transactions related to pay in and pay out of various deals, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Prepare MIS reports in MS Excel for regularity reporting, including NPA reporting and CA certification.
  5. Interact with originators, trustees, and internal/external auditors regarding new deals and pay in/pay out transactions.
  6. Coordinate with Treasury and Finance teams on various requirements.
  7. Handle internal/external audits, responding to queries and closing reports.
  8. Monitor TAT, productivity, and accuracy of processing.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant or experience in securitisation operations with any other bank or institute.
  • Good accounting knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, with ability to compile large data.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Excellent soft interpersonal skills.
  • Regulatory knowledge.
