International Education Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled International Education Specialist to provide expert guidance to students pursuing higher education abroad. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to empathize with students' goals and aspirations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their academic background, career objectives, and eligibility for international programs.
  • Providing personalized advice on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies to help students achieve their academic and professional goals.
  • Supporting students throughout the admission process, including application filing, documentation, letters of recommendation, and fee payments.
  • Guiding students through the visa process, ensuring they are well-prepared for interviews and document collection.
  • Maintaining accurate student records in CRM tools and providing timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices as needed to ensure seamless student experiences.
  • Staying up-to-date with current trends in international education and maintaining relationships with partner universities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator with a customer-centric approach.
  • Thorough knowledge of the international education landscape, including key destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional student experiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and email communication is highly desirable.
