Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize experience in shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, and student/parent financial ability.
  • Passion for helping students with honest and unbiased advice on studying abroad.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential - both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills.
  • Previous counseling experience, preferably in the study abroad sector, is mandatory.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping in the CRM.
  • Deliver engaging presentations on behalf of Edvoy in webinars, seminars, and virtual counseling sessions.
  • Provide students with accurate and clear information while addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours to suit company needs.
