Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze and present financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and controllers.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to senior management.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Manage the organization's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
  • Optimize working capital and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead the implementation of ERP systems and reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns.
  • Manage tax audits and assessments ensuring minimal financial exposure.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and their impact on the organization.

Requirements:

  • Semi Qualified CA CMA or CS.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS IFRS or GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Tally Prime Odoo) and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
