Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist">

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing core financial reporting, tax reporting, and external reporting processes for a strategic US-based client in the Semiconductor industry. They will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of reporting activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include reviewing general accounting tasks such as GL account maintenance, journal entries, closing activities, balance sheet and PNL reporting, as well as Fixed Asset Accounting (capitalization, depreciation, amortization) and Cost Accounting. The candidate will also assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger, including recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy.

Additionally, they will conduct periodic reconciliations of various accounts, such as bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. They will support the financial close process by preparing and organizing financial data, working with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with relevant years of experience in Record to Report with strong exposure to financial, tax, and external reporting, preferably in a shared service or BPO model. They will have hands-on experience with US GAAP and reporting for US-based clients, as well as strong experience working with Oracle ERP (preferably Oracle Fusion).

Strong Excel skills, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to work in client-facing roles with accountability for SLA-driven service delivery are essential. Familiarity with Semiconductor or Technology industry financial operations is preferred, along with strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to internal and external audits and regulatory compliance is also beneficial.
