Job Overview:

The Role of Content Development Executive is pivotal in driving digital transformation and cybersecurity initiatives forward.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in content development, with experience in creating high-quality training programs for complex technical topics.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, translating intricate technical concepts into engaging materials, and reviewing content from colleagues to ensure consistency and quality.

Additionally, the selected individual will be responsible for maintaining an updated repository of all created content, collaborating with graphic designers to format materials according to specific templates, and coordinating meetings and train-the-trainer sessions for internal and freelance trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Review
    • Develop comprehensive training programs that meet industry standards
    • Design assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
    • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging training materials
  • Support and Collaboration
    • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions
    • Facilitate client support activities and collaborate with other trainers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant certification(s) such as CompTIA Security+, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in designing high-quality training programs for complex technical topics
